Behavior changes attitude and attitude plus action equals results. In order to get where you’re going, you need a combination of objectives, strategies and tactics. There is no harm in shifting gears in business or in life. It’s almost like a poker game; you have to know when to fold em. If a strategy or tactic is not working, then change direction. Only a fool or a dead man can’t change their minds. Or one of my favorite quotes from a book – ” If it ain’t broke, break it ” Whatever it takes.
Silence is golden. In sales, silence is a technique used once you have presented your product or service. At that point you have to shut up because the first person that speaks loses. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. But is that famous saying really true?
